1.     Diameter method

 Place a ring that already fits on a ruler or tape to measure from the inner width of the ring.

 

2.     Circumference method

Use a string of slither of paper to measure the base of your finger where the ring will sit, then measure its length against a ruler.

3.     Local jeweller

If you are completely stumped these guys will measure it exactly for you!
